Spellbinders | Grand Tropical Flamingos

Welcome Crafty Friends! The May Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders is this fun set of Flamingos and more. This die set is fun and vibrant, making it perfect for all the summer events that need cards. There are 21 dies in this set which when assembled make the flamingos and foliage.

I made 2 cards that could be used for an anniversary or wedding and 1 for a birthday. I have also included a list of items used at the bottom.

The white flowers are brushed with Strawberry Milkshake ink (Taylored Expressions) and embellished with Candy Corn and Lemon Meringue enamel dots (Taylored Expressions).

The background uses a sheet from the Cools (A2 Size) paper pad from Scrapbook.com then embossed with the May 3D embossing folder from Spellbinders.

For this card, I made the flamingos into lovely swans. Background uses the Splish Splash stencil as well as Taylored Expressions Ink in colors Salt Water Taffy and Oat Milk. The white flowers are made using the same supplies as the 1st card.

I did a light blending on the outside frame using Strawberry Milkshake and used the 2nd largest arch die in the center to frame the flamingo.

The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions and heat foiled to give it shine. Embellished with some gems from Spellbinders.
