Create Vintage Christmas Cards with Spellbinders

Hey Crafty Friends! The excitement for Christmas cards is in the air, and there’s no time like the present to dive in! I’m thrilled to kick off my card-making journey with a stunning new collection from Spellbinders – Old Fashioned Christmas by Simple Stories. This collection is a fabulous addition to the beloved Simple Vintage Line, and I can’t wait to show you what I’ve made.

This collection boasts a stunning metal die set shaped like classic Christmas stockings, alongside delightful decor items to enhance them. Additionally, it includes a clear stamp sentiment set with perfectly coordinating dies for a polished finish.

I made this quick and easy card using the metal die set. I cut the stocking using 2 shades of blue and added a silver star to each one. For added color, I used red and green to make the poinsettia and holly. For the holly berries, I used some sparkly gems. The sentiment, Holiday Joy, is included with the die set, I cut the banner in blue cardstock. I cut another copy of the banner in silver to create a layered effect.
