Spellbinders | Summertime Wade Pool

Welcome to my crafty corner! Spellbinders brought the summer fun with the June Small Die of the Month, Summertime Wade Pool. This fun, summertime set features 14 dies including two fun characters in their own floats.

I made two cards with this set, and they are inspiring me to make more.

This first card is a fun, interactive ice cream cone. I set this ice cream on top of some foiled waves and bubbles. I used 2 of the notched corner stacklets for more layers and dimension. As a final touch, I punched the corners round.

This card, I blended 3 blue ink variants together and embossed the paper for a fun water look. I chose to add some patterned paper this time for a fun change to the floats.

The sentiment is cut 3 times using black paper and stacked together for extra stability and gives a raised look as well.
