Creative Card Ideas with Hero Arts December 2025 Kit

Hello Crafty Friends! I am so excited to finally share my projects using the Hero Arts December 2025 My Monthly Hero kit. This month’s collection is all about warmth, connection, and sending a little ‘squeeze’ through the mail.

The “Heart Hug” Card

or my first card, I couldn’t resist the hugging arms die. I used Pink Gingham paper for the sleeves and added a bit of texture to the heart using Red Shimmer Cardstock. This shimmer cardstock is found in Box 13 from Your Paper Insider. It’s the perfect way to tell someone you’re thinking of them.

This 2nd card, I switched it up a bit used an embossing folder with pink cardstock for the background. The arms on this card is pink and red stripes. The die set includes die to make these stripes. The heart is a pink non-shed glitter paper, also from Your Paper Insider Box 13.

The Cozy “Get Well” Card

My third and final card features a lovely bowl of alphabet soup. This die set comes with a couple sentiments and I chose the “Feel Better” letters. The background is hand stamped using the clear stamp included.

Why I Love This Kit

What I love most about the December kit is its versatility. While it’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, the sentiments are grounded enough for year-round ‘just because’ cards.
