Taylored Expressions | Alpha Bits Card Kit
Welcome to my Crafty Corner! Today I want to show you the cards I made using the Alpha Bits Card Kit of the Month from Taylored Expressions.
The kit came in a reusable zippered pouch and contained:
- Tall Tales Alpha die
- Drop Shadow Stencils
- Bold Border Background Blocks
- The Insiders – Alpha Bits
- True Colors Inspiration Cards (Set of 4)
- Additionally, I bought the coordinating Foil It – Drop Shadow Sentiments
The first 2 cards that I made, I decided to go with pastel baby cards. The stars background die is stamped using TE ink in Banana Cream Pie.
This card I used a Foil It Panel for the shadow to give this card a bit of shimmer. I punched out the letters for Happy with some fun rainbow paper from Doodlebug. Also used the rest of the sheet as part of the background. The postage stacking dies from Spellbinders allowed me to create 3 layers for this card.
On the inside, I used one of the Alpha Bits Insider panels included in the kit. They are perfectly sized to fit inside an A2 (4.25″ x 5.5″) sized card.
