Annie’s Kit Clubs | Simply Sweet Greetings

Welcome Crafty Friends!! I am here to show you all the cards that I made using the Simply Sweet Greetings Card Kit from Annie’s Kit Club. I love this kit, I have never made cards using washi tape and they are soo easy.

Watch the video below or click HERE to see it on YouTube.

Each kit includes the instructions and specialty materials needed to create 8-10 cards with envelopes. You will only need common household supplies such as a pencil, ruler, scissors, adhesives and a black marker or ink pad.

Plus, your first kit includes a free gift: a practical 4-piece tool kit! The free gift comes with a bone folder, acrylic stamping block and piercing tool, all in a fun & portable zip pouch.

All cards are made in A2 size (4.25 x 5.5″)

I started off by making cards that found in the instruction booklet, then used the remaining materials to make additional cards. I did make a couple using inspiration from Pintrest.

For this card, I cut the washi tape in 2 sizes – 16 chevrons and 10 chevrons

I did not go for exact measures between each strip, I tried for nothing bigger than an inch.

These flags were tricky but once the paper backer was on they were easier to place. I wrapped the excess top bit of washi, onto the string and secured with glue.

This card is super fun and easy, just start about 2 or 2 1/2 inches from the top of the white cardstock. Plus you can switch sides to make a whole different card by going the opposite direction.

This one does not have a specific length of washi, just make sure that each color is different from the others. I used a scraper to cut the washi but a bonefolder or knife works too.
